THE CROSSROADS: Venture Launch; Brand Integration (post-acquisition)
Husband and wife team Heather and Zach Harrison found a lucrative niche in the suburban New York real estate market. They were their own target customer, with a very specific need—and they knew there were plenty more like them.
Initially, we helped them launch their company and brand, developing the original logo along with key tactical touch points: property signs, home profile materials, and promotions. As the firm grew to multiple offices surrounding the Greater NY Metro area, we helped refresh the parent company logo, while also creating related identities for spinoff businesses.
In 2018, Platinum Drive Realty attracted the interest of real estate disruptor Compass. With the acquisition, the PDR team re-branded as an individual-led team under the new corporate brand, continuing to dominate the Westchester market as The Heather Harrison Team.
